- NSN 5915-01-425-8441, Phase Shifter. The solicitation is issued in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Other than Full and Open Competition. Currently approved sources of supply are AEROFLEX CONTROL COMPONENTS, INC. cage 64537 P/N S-142-4 and RAYTHEON COMPANY (82577) P/N 8655335-002.. Ship 11 each FOB destination to Tracy, CA. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination. The requirement is not set aside for small business. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of September 22, 2011. This solicitation is unrestricted (not set aside for small business). Please be advised that offers should be directed to the bid and abstract room as is designated in the solicitation document. Do not submit offers directly to the POC for this solicitation.
