- The Bureau of Reclamation, Four Corners Construction Office, Durango Colorado intends to issue a solicitation for communications security equipment and components. The system will be installed by Reclamation employees. An award may be made by lump sum for the entire order or broken out by components per manufacturer. No substitutes. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded resulting from Request for Quotation No. R11PS4L083 using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisitions, to be posted on or By September 7, 2011. Thereafter, the full solicitation package may be accessed via link to this synopsis at www.fedbizopps.gov or directly at http://ideas.nbc.gov. The solicitation is set aside for small business. The NAICS is 561621; the small business size is 100 12.5 million dollars.
