Description
BOILER DEMOLITION VA-241-11-RQ-0788 - Re-advertised- VA-241-11-RP-1282 REVISED SYNOPSIS The Department of Veterans Affairs at 940 Belmont Street, Brockton, MA 02301-5596 anticipates soliciting requests for proposals. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 238910. The small business standard is $14 M. The cost range $25,000 to $100,000. Only one site visit is planned. The solicitation will be available 09/06/2011. In accordance with VAR 804.1102 Verification of Status of Apparently successful Offeror - The apparently successful offer, unless currently listed as verified in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at www.vetbiz.gov database, shall submit to the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) within 5 business days of receipt of written notice of its status as the apparently successful offeror, a verification application in accordance with 38 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 74. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registrar (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov//login.aspx. Work includes providing all labor, material, equipment and supervision to completely prepare sites for building operations including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the demolition of the abandoned boiler in Building No. 70 located at Bedford VAMC, 200 Springs Road, Bedford, MA 01730-1114. The period of performance is 21-calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
