- This requirement is an emergency non stock listed procurement PR(s): FB206512440735 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 336413 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES: 1000 The purchase of: (a) LEADING EDGE WING INNER SKIN PN: 338327-8L Qty: 1 Justification for Sole Source Acquisition: Justification: Part is a leading edge wing inner skin made from.016" 2024-0 heat treated to T6 and contains corrugation and a complex contour. Manufacturer, Lockheed Martin (98897), is the manufacturer of the C- 130 aircraft. Vendor, HD Aero Support Inc. (5YBK9) has previously provided parts for the Air Force on emergency buy packages with no reported defects. Upon Arrival Instructions: Upon receipt, inspect for manufacturer CAGE code (98897) and certificates of conformance. Perform an incoming Form Fit and Function inspection. Certified vendors of this part that can provide proper certificates of authenticity from the OEM (Lockheed) may submit quotes. Only quotes for new equipment will be considered. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is NLT 27 September 2011. Quotations should be emailed to "kathryn.driskell@robins.af.mil" NLT 12 Sept 2011, 4:00 p.m. EST. ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE: 27 September 2011.
