- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for asphalt resurfacing services at various locations, Brookville Lake, Brookville, IN. NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is: 238990. The size standard is $14M. The solicitation has an approximate issue date of 06 September 2011. The solicitation will be available on the web only. The proposal due date is approximately 20 September 2011 1:00 PM local time. Telephone and Fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
