- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District, has a requirement for five permanent vault toilets and one double vault toilet at the Chief Joseph Dam. Responses to this solicitation are due no later than 2:00 PM, 15 September 2011. Please see the attached SF 1449 for additional information.
