Description: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The AFNWC/PKOA Kirtland AGB, NM intends to award a sole source purchase order for the Air Force Safety Center (AFSC) Mishap Analysis & Animation Facility (MAAF) as the central Air Force activity responsible for investigating and reporting aircraft mishaps, to GE Aviation Systems, 3290 Patterson Ave. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512-1991, for the purchase of a T-6A Integrated Data Acquisition Recorder (IDAR) data extraction system, which is manufactured by to GE Aviation, who owns proprietary data rights and design details to this product.
