Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number (FA4887-11-P-0135) is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), as a RFQ to the 56 Contracting Squadron, Luke Air Force Base, 85309 Attn: Lt Caley Cyphers. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. This solicitation is being issued as 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334119 and the size standard of 1000 employees applies to this procurement. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program does not apply. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) do not apply. The requirement is to remove three (3) existing video wall monitors and install four (4) new monitors at Luke Air Force Base, AZ, 85309, in accordance with the Statement of Work (see attached document). FOB Destination is Luke Air Force Base, Arizona, 85309. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
