- Past Performance Survey Statement of Work Document Request For Proposal Document The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requires the services of a qualified contractor to provide a Video Management Software (VMS) package and configuration services, for a Video Surveillance System, and Physical Security Interface Manager (PSIM) software and configuration services, for an Electronic Security System. If you have any questions, Technical, Contractual, or Administrative, please e-mail them to wgeroux@wmata.com no later than Close of Business, 14 September 2011. WMATA will provide written answers, by e-mail to all those who obtain the RFP and provide their e-mail addresses. If an amendment is issued resulting from questions and answers, it will be posted on our website. Your proposal must be received with all required submittals as stated in the RFP, no later than 2:00PM, 5 October 2011, at WMATA, Office of Procurement and Materials, 600 Fifth Street, NW, Room 3C-02, Washington, DC 20001-2651.
