- Performance Work Statement 848 Supply Chain Management Group (SCMG) has a requirement for integrated supply chain support, spanning analysis and management, logistics/engineering and software sustainment. This integrated effort is designed to achieve highly effective and efficient technical and logistics engineering services, to directly improve 848 SCMG supply chain performance through increased end item reliability and maintainability, increased repair and buy sourcing options, optimum acquisition strategies, wide range of engineering and logistics analysis to improve specific supply chain segment performance, and software sustainment support. Support shall include but not be limited to: acquisition/program management support, sustainment of existing analysis tools, supplier review processes, technical management and analysis support and subject matter expertise for various logistics functions. The purpose of this effort is for market research only. The government does not guarantee that a contract will result from this RFI. The government will not reimburse any vendor expenses as a result of a response to this RFI. 848 SCMG is requesting contractors interested in this acquisition to submit a capability statement to Heather Melsby at heather.melsby@tinker.af.mil. Capability statements (no more than 10 pages) need to demonstrate core capabilities and expertise in each of the following areas: 1. Integrated engineering and logistics support services, cross-leveraging supply chain analysis and supply chain domain expertise, access and utilization of extensive backend legacy system data and associated supply chain analysis/execution software/database applications, and end- item technical performance. 2. Develop buy/repair analysis to identify optimum acquisition tenets and specific acquisition parameters, based on historical and projected supply chain performance/requirements, and supplier capability/past performance. 3. Support development of a broad range of 848 SCMG and 448 SCMW supply chain performance analysis, associated root cause analysis, and corrective action recommendations, including access to needed data. 4. Accomplish parts supportability and forecasting for 848 SCMG managed end items, providing SCMG supply chain staff with detailed root cause analysis and recommended correction actions and corresponding SCMG processes. 5. Provide subject matter expertise to the SCMG Purchase Request (PR) Cell functions, for the development and processing of PRs and support for continuous process improvement of PR Cell process 6. Provide a broad range of subject matter expertise for logistics program management and production, production management and item management functions. 7. Access to data and data feeds in support of analysis functions, engineering functions, and software sustainment. 8. Provide engineering and technical services analysis and domain expertise of end items managed by the 848 SCMG in support of source development and sustainment (repair and new buy), end item performance problems, obsolesce, supportability, and efficient and effective repair. 9. Provide software sustainment for a broad range of SCMG tools, including sustainment of data access, portfolio management functions, and database and web sustainment to accommodate changes in the data sources and business process changes. 10. Repair Technical Order (TO) development for 848 SCMG managed end items, to achieve improved repair/engineering management efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. 11. Technical order editorial services to modify, publish, and maintain organic TOs, and performance of TOMA functions to process and TO changes. 12. Develop Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) procedures for gaps in exiting 848 SCMG depot-level tech data
