Description
The Army Contracting Command - National Capital Region (ACC-NCR) intends to issue a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price Contract. This contract is intended to be issued to Technology Industries for 12,500 licenses of Provident CAC provisioning maintenance renewal Active Directory Network Provider Support (Level 1 - 3). The Period of Performance (PoP) is for 1 base year (30 September 2011 - 29 September 2012) and two option periods (30 September 2012 - 29 September 2013, 30 September 2013 - 29 September 2014). This product is proprietary to Technology Industries, 4805 Courthouse Street, Suite 202, Williamsburg, VA 23188. The licenses and maintenance support are required to support the United States Army Information Technology Agency (USA ITA) on Crystal Drive in Arlington VA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses received by Friday 16 September 2011 at 4:00 p.m. EST. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement. ACC-NCR will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Please email Todd E. Responses received after this will be considered late IAW FAR 52.212-1(f) and will not be considered.
