- Naval Special Warfare Group Four, Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Virginia Beach VA. anticipates awarding a sole source purchase order to Skydive Suffolk,, located in Suffolk VA, for Advance Instructor Training for All Air Operations Trainer/Examiners and Special Boat Team Twenty (SBT 20) Military Free Fall Parachutist. The service shall be performed at the contractor's facilities within a 40 mile radius of Virginia Beach, VA. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611620 This sole source procurement is under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1). All responsible sources who feel they should be considered qualified to provide the foregoing product may submit a written Statement of Capabilities. The Statement of Capabilities must contain sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can perform this requirement. Send responses to this notice within 15 days of Synopsis Publication to Ruby Phillips ( ruby.phillips@nsweast.socom.mil ) or Aninze Awanna( aninze.awanna@nsweast.socom.mil ) Information furnished shall include enough detailed documentation to allow the government to perform a proper evaluation. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This Notice is not a request for Competitive Proposals. A Solicitation will NOT be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
