- Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) Acquisiton Management Department Bethesda MD on behalf of (NICOE) intends to awad a sole source proocurement to Iron Bow Technolgies for Lenovo/Thinkpad T420 TAA Compliant Custom Model (4180AM4) (URGENT REQURIEMENT) The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source unde authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other suppplis or servces will satisfy agency requirements Ths notice of intent is not a request foor competitive bid A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely witthin the discretion of the Government.
