Description

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the deadline for proposal submission as well as to include the wage determination and Q&A set. The deadline for porposal submission is hereby extended to Wednesday September 14 at 5:00pm EST. The wage determination is General Decision Number: OR100042 09/09/2011 OR42. Additional information concerning the wage determination can be found at http://www.wdol.gov or by contacting Darren Nutter to request a copy. Q&A1. Does the BIA have a specified or preferred pole diameter for fence poles within a standard run?Answer: We would like 2 3/8 diameter poles 8ft long. 2. Does the BIA have a specified or preferred pole diameter for poles supporting gates?Answer: We asked for 4" pole diameter for gate supports 3. Does BIA specification call for top rail in typical runs of fencing?Answer: Yes we need a top rail and we would like it at 1 5/8 diameter with a 7 gage tension wire. 4. For this solicitation, is the BIA looking for suppliers to source only American-made materials?Answer: Yes PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL TO darren.nutter@bia.gov NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 14 AT 5:00PM EST. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.
