Will be decided between awardee and NMFS, PIFSC personnel. Q3. The RFP states that "consistent survey instruments and analytical model, the Choice Based Conjoint (CBC) will be expected in this study." Is the consistency expected to be with instruments from the first study? If so, can we have the previous studies' questionnaire? A3. Survey to be distributed to awardee Q4. Is a study methodology and results report available from the Hawaii and Kentucky studies? If so, may we have the report(s)? A4. The report is under peer review, and may available on end of the year. Q5. Is analysis expected by state with comparisons between states? A5. Yes. Q6. What sample size and/or precision do you expect for the study? A6. About 600 in each state Q7. What were the methodologies used in the Hawaii and Kentucky studies? A7. Conjoint analysis Q8. Has NMFS submitted Paperwork Reduction Act materials for this project to OMB? If so, when were they submitted? If not, when do you anticipate submitting them and do you need support from the contractor in preparing them? A8. NMFS will handle, there will be no cost to awardee. Q9. Because information on sample size, questionnaire length, and number of states affects the study design thus pricing, can the deadline for proposals be extended further to allow us to prepare bids based on the responses to our questions? A9. Deadline extended to 9/19/11
