- Description
- The Department of Justice (DOJ), United States Marshals Service (USMS), Southern District of Texas (S/TX), has a requirement for a parking facility that can supply 20 spaces within a 1 block vicinity of 701 San Jacinto, Houston, TX 77002. Due to the nature of the USMS mission, the facility must be able to provide quick entry/exit for the USMS vehicles. It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order will be issued to Republic Parking System, Inc. It is the Government's belief that only Republic Parking System, Inc can furnish the required facility. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to furnish the above facility are invited to submit complete information discussing the same by 09/30/2011. This data must include sufficient information to allow the USMS to evaluate the proposal relative to the above requirements. Concerns that respond to this notice must fully demonstrate the capability to accomplish the above and are to supply pertinent information in sufficient detail to demonstrate a bona fide capability to meet the requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 13.302 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-37. NAICS code for this solicitation is 812930. The following FAR clauses apply to this solicitation. Offeror may obtain full text versions of these clauses electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (JUNE 2008).
