Description

RFQ The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole source contract to Axciton Systems, Inc. for a 5-channel polygraph sensor box, polygraph counter-measure pad with cable, and polygraph spare components package in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1. The statutory authority, FAR 6.302-1 states that only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Axciton was determined to be the only vendor capable of providing the polygraph system components with the compatibility required for the current polygraph system. This is not a request for competitive competition/proposals; however, all responsible sources shall submit a capability statement (at no cost to NGA) that will be considered by NGA.
