- Winn Army Community Hospital provides medical support to Fort Stewart, RH Medical Home, Tuttle Army Health Clinic, and Troop and Family Combined Health Clinic. The Volunteer Services Coordinator works under the Deputy Commander of Administration (DCA) and is responsible for recruiting Red Cross Volunteer(s), Summer Youth Volunteer(s) and placing them throughout the organizations where additional support staff is beneficial to the area(s). The Volunteer Coordinator coordinates placement of students participating in the Healthcare Science Technology program also coordinates with local schools to provide carolers during the holidays. The resulting contract is for a base period and four (4) option years. The base period is expected to begin on/about 1 October 2011 thru 30 September 2012.
