- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville, NY intends to issue solicitation RFQP0211110077, for the acquisition of various MEAT/FROZEN/ SUBSISTENCE items for delivery to the Federal Correctional Institution, Two Mile Drive, Otisville, NY. This acquisition is restricted to 100% Small Business. Terms are FOB Destination with delivery beginning in October 2011. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with price and past performance considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about September 19, 2011 and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is Wednesday, September 28, 2011. Payment will be made using the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required, per FAR 52.212-3, to complete their representations and certifications via the On-Line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
