PRON: AX1F0846AX, NSN: 1680-01-557-9613, Part Number: 70400-02260-128, Nomenclature: ACTUATOR, ELECTRO-ME Quantity: each. This item is required for the UH-60 (BE) BLACKHAWK HELICTOPER SYSTEM. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 100 each due 338 Days after Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 100 each due 270 Days after Contract Award (DACA), with delivery to Red River Army Depot, TX 75507-5000. This item is restricted to: Kearfott Guidance and Navigation Corp, Cage Code: 05088 and Sikorsky Aircraft Corp, Cage Code:78286. This part is suitable for competitive acquisition for the first time. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. No telephone requests will be accepted. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, U.S.C., SEC 2751 ET SEQ.)
