Description

Dental Lab Outsourcing/Supplies & Services. Notice to Contractor: Solicitation number N00259-11-T-0615 is issued. This proposed contract action is used for Naval Hospital in Bremerton. Dental Lab Supplies and services to include: RPD-Removable Partial Dental Framwork Saddles for Fully Fabricated RPD's Teeth for Fully Fabricated RPD's Setup for Fully Fabricated RPD's - Fully Fabricated RPD's Process and Finish - PFM Porcelain Fused to Metal Crown - Butt Margins for PFM - Metal Occlusion for PFM - Implant Custom Abutments FGC Full Gold Crown - Gold Surcharge FGC Current Market Rate - All Ceramic Crown - Additional Gold Metal Charges - Custom Shade Match/Corrections- One Day Turn-around N/C ea - Survey Crowns (Survey Charge Only- Crown Not Included) - Attachments - Ceramic Veneers - Fabrication of Complete Dentures - Casting Only - Hard Night Buard - Retentive Clasps (RPD) - Miscellaneous Line Items Not Often Used. IAW FAR 5.207(c) (15) (ii), all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will only consider firm, fixed price quotations. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-53. It is the contractor ™s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov and/ or www.acq.osd.mil.
