Description

Pick-up, transportation, and delivery of samples/slides/tissue blocks/blood products for 1 year. Notice to Contractor: Solicitation number N00259-11-T-0615 is issued. This proposed contract action is used for Naval Hospital in Camp Pendleton. Pick-up, transportation, and delivery of samples/slides/tissue blocks/blood products medical from Naval Medical Center San Diego to Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton once daily. Departing San Diego at 10:00 AM and arriving at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton no later than 12:00 and Pick-up, transportation, and delivery of samples/slides/tissue blocks/blood products medical from Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton to Medical Center San Diego once daily. Departing Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton at 12:00 PM and Arriving Naval Medical Center San Diego no later than 14:00. POP: 01 OCT 2011 TO 30 SEP 2012. IAW FAR 5.207(c) (15) (ii), all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will only consider firm, fixed price quotations. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-53. It is the contractor ™s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov and/ or www.acq.osd.mil. Please fax (619-532-5596) or email your quote to Jojie Urrete at Jojie.urrete@med.navy.mil on or before 09/23/2011 12:00 PM PST. Email submissions are limited to 2MB. The submitter should confirm receipt of facsimile and email submissions.
