Description

The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, 1010 Delafield Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15215, intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Hi-Def Contracting, Inc., for the furnishing and installation of a variety of items such as doors, countertops, exhaust hoods, clocks, bulletin boards, dishwashers, etc., in the Consolidation Building at the VA University Drive Medical Center, 30 University Dr. C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Vendors who wish to identify their interest and ability to provide an alternate service plan that will meet the capabilities and functionality described above may notify the Contract Specialist, in writing, no later than 2 p.m. on September 22, 2011. Such notification must include a complete description of your capabilities to provide like services. Responses may be sent to: jeffrey.greis @va.gov. Upon receipt of any such notifications, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole-source negotiations.
