- Description
- The Government intends to award a sole-source relocation of equipment contract to Bill Ireland and Associates for the AIRR facility in Lenexa, KS. Bill Ireland & Associates is considered the only responsible source capable of performing relocation services due to their current maintenance contract. The camera relocation requires moving cameras and other video equipment currently being serviced by Bill Ireland & Associates. Improper relocation and installation of the equipment may void the current service agreement and warranties. Responsible sources may submit concise documentation for consideration regarding their ability to relocate equipment. However, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Furthermore, no contract award will be made on the basis of information received in response to this notice and the Government will not pay for any costs incurred to provide information to this notice. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Such information, if submitted should be directed to the attention of the Contract Specialist as the email address listed below. This notice represents the Government's only official notice for this procurement action. The Government intends to award a sole-source relocation of equipment contract to Bill Ireland and Associates. All sources responding shall submit information relating to their business status for NAICS 423410.
