- Project Title: MtE Piping Repair Bureau of Reclamation, Eastern Colorado Area Office's Mt. Elbert Powerplant location requires the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and incidental services necessary to satisfactorily perform work. Pursuant to Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Reclamation will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or around September 16, 2011. Quotes will be due September 26, 2011 at 2:00 PM. The RFQ will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 532490 with a size standard of $7.0 Million. The RFQ will be available for viewing through electronic commerce. RFQ Number R11PS60448 will be issued via https://www.fbo.gov, at the link provided in this notice. Interested vendors may also check Reclamation's website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices will be available to vendors on these websites after September 19, 2011. Hard copies will be available upon request. Vendors are reminded they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration and in Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) to be considered for award. Registration can be completed by going to www.ccr.gov and https://orca.bpn.gov/. The vendor's Duns & Bradstreet number and banking information are required for registration.
