Description: Provide a general labor team for Training Support at the Babadag Training Area for unit deployed to the TF-E AO. More specifically labor to fabricate targets, setup and operate targetry; recovery and maintenance of targetry; construction of temporary target pits; and range and warehouse maintenance. See attached PWS for more details. The contract will be based on actual requirements, where delivery orders will be issued to support training in increments of 1, 7, 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 days.
