- Description
- The US Army Medical Command North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to GSL Solutions Inc., Vancouver, WA for GSL IntelliSys Enterprise Plus System support and maintenance for the Pharmacy at Ireland Army Community Hospital, Ft. Knox, KY, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The Pharmacy currently owns and operates the GSL equipment for which this ongoing support and maintenance is required. This requirement will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13, using simplified acquisition procedures. NAICS code is 541512, size standard is $25M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. Offerors certain they can meet the requirement may submit in writing an affirmative response and statement of technical capabilities. All written responses must include a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Affirmative written response must be received no later than 23 Sep 2011.
