- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with The Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO for completion of Commercial Service Provider (ComSP) Audit for the F/A-18 E/F Optical Boresight Set, P/N 74D110514-1007 in support of the F/A-18 E/F Aircraft. The Government does not have the data rights for this effort. NAWCADLKE intends to procure the above under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C ) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
