- Service Contract Act Wage Determination (6/17/2011) Appendix C Appendix A Performance Work Statement (PWS) Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - FA8125-11-Q-0076 Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to GE Inspection Technologies, LP under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following services: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, personal protective equipment and clothing including reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc), hearing and eye protection including prescription safety glasses, safety harnesses, fall protection equipment, lifting equipment, and any incidentals necessary to perform the One Time Repair of the General Electric (GE) Borescope at the Contractor's Site. The Contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and PWS appendices. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The anticipated Period of Performance (POP) is as follows: 1 November 2011 - 30 November 2011 The anticipated award date is: 25 October 2011. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333314 with a size standard of 500 employees. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation through FedBizOps at https://www.fbo.gov/. No telephone requests. Authority is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1).
