The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Heartland Network, intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Alcon Laboratories, Inc. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Alcon Laboratories Inc. for the labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration and repairs of two Infiniti Vision Systems located at Kansas City VA Medical Center, 4801 Linwood Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64128. This agreement is for a one year base and three option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
