- Description
- The Government intends to procure, on a sole source basis with Verigy, Inc., maintenance and calibration of a Verigy 93000 digital test system. Services include hardware and software support and on-site calibration. All services to be in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer's required service and shall include all software updates and licenses in accordance with Verigy proprietary technical data and software source code. Period of performance shall be for one year. Equipment is located at Defense Supply Center Columbus Installation, 3990 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43213. The propose contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposal action based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion fo the Government.
