Description

This is a Notice of Intent to award Sole Source to Requirement GEODECISION, 11838 ROCK LANDING DRIVE, SUITE 200, NEWPORT NEW, VA 23606. This award is to procure DWX VET SOFTWARE sold exclusively by this vendor. The anticipate Amount is $42,000.00,under NACIS Code 541330 Solicitation M6700111Q00325. CLIN 0001 QTY: 1, IRRIS ANNUAL SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE/SUSTAINMENT. CLIN 0002 QTY: 1, AIRTIME FOR 100 TRACKING UNITS. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the government will consider all vendor capabilities received within 2 days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Vendor capabilities can be submitted via the following methods: U.S. Postal Service should be mailed to MCIEAST Contracting Department, Attn: Mary L. Williams, P.O Box 8368, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547-8368. Federal Express or hand carried must be delivered to Contracting Department, Attn: Mary L. Williams, Bldg 1116, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547. Facsimile to Attn: Mary L. Williams at (910)451-7850. The facsimile transmission must clearly identify this notice and the name of the contracting officer on the first page. Vendors bear the burden of ensuring that their information reaches the designated Contract Specialist. This purchase will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 16 March, 2011.
