Description
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA), Office of Environmental Collection (OIC), has a requirement for the continued support of the Central Data Exchange (CDX) Help Desk. The CDX Help Desk activities include a broad range of technical support of CDX services for users and help to increase users' awareness and understanding of CDX and its Network nodes. EPA has determined this action will be a 100% Competitive 8(a) set-aside. This requirement is a follow-on to task order E09H001056. One contract is anticipated to result from the Request for Proposal (RFP). The contract will be a firm fixed price with one (1) 23-month base period and four (4) option periods not to exceed seventy-two (72) months. The NAICS code is 541513-Computer Facilities with a size standard of $25 million. It is anticipated the solicitation will be released on or about August 30, 2011. Proposals will be due 30 days following the issuance of the solicitation. The solicitation, and related documents will be available via the Internet at EPA's Internet World Wide Web site at http://www.epa.gov/oam/hpod Prospective offerors are to monitor the Internet site for the status of this solicitation and download the solicitation and any related documents from the Internet site as hardcopies of documents will not be provided.
