Description
Defense Logistics Agency DLA Aviation- Defense Supply Center Richmond - This synopsis is for NSN: 5342-01-526-9009, Mount,Resilient,Weapon System in accordance with part numbers 70361-08015-102 and B40-80-8071. End item application : UH60A, HH-60A,EH-60A, UH-60L, etc. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This procurement will be a single Firm Fixed Price for L/I 0001- 209 eacg, L/I 0002 - 28 each, and L/I 0003 - 4. Unrestricted procedures are utilized under the guidelines of Other than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with two sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Choose the RFP you wish to download. To download and view these documents you need the latest version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. The solicitation issue date is anticipated on or about 10/13/11.
