- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation M67854-11-T-0567 AS AMENDED NAICS Code “ 334310 Business Size - 750 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is M67854-11-T-0567 AS AMENDED. The combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310 with a small business size standard of 750. This requirement is open to small and large vendors that are qualified. The Government anticipates entering into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order IAW FAR Part 12 and Subpart 13. In order to be eligible for award, interested parties must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and completed the necessary representations and certifications for the NAICS code provided above within the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) prior to award. Information on CCR and ORCA registration and annual confirmation requirements may be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently monitor the Government Point of Entry (GPE) for updates. Interested parties are responsible for downloading their copy of the combined synopsis/solicitation and amendments, if any. NO TELEPHONIC RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Release of this combined synopsis/solicitation notice is not a commitment by the Government to award a purchase order and the Government is not responsible for any costs incurred with quotation preparation.
