Description

The United States Department Of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service, Robert W. Holley Center intends to award a purchase order to Water Corporation, 34 Maple Street, Milford, MA 01757. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements. This is a requirement of the Robert W. Holley Center, ARS, USDA at Ithaca, NY for a NanoLockSpray interface for nanoflow chromatography for Waters' Xevo G2 QT of LC/MS existing system. This is available only through Waters Corporation. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, however all responsible sources that believe they can meet all the requirements may submit a quote, which shall be considered. If no responses are received by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, 28, 2011, a Sole Source contract will be pursued with Waters Corporation.
