- Test Delivery Service J&A U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION plans to award a sole source contract for automated test delivery service on a worldwide basis as an interim measure until a competitive award is completed as per the attachment. This action is taken to ensure continuious service for a critical support service to achieve CBP mission goals. No solicitation will be issued.
