- Description
- The multiple levels of executive style coaching for key employees in various divisions, branches, teams within R5 will involve the following work on a single task order: Selected employees, supervisors and managers will participate in a R5 Executive Style Coaching Program (R5 ESCP) that includes but is not limited to behavioral assessments such as DiSC, SkillScope - 180 or 360 ° assessment and leadership skill gap evaluations. The total number of employees, supervisors and managers to participate in this executive style coaching program will be twenty (20). All candidates will be selected from recommendations by R5s directors and/or deputy directors based on individual and organizational based needs. The intercessions are due to the selected candidates not demonstrating appropriate team behaviors and the inappropriate behavior impacts the overall functioning of the work group. The target audience of the R5 ESCP will provide candidates greater communication, leadership and management perspective, as well as valuable strategic tools. R5 ESCP will include Individual Learning and Action Plans that will be based on multi-directional and multi-rater feedback process. The candidates skill gap or lack of practical experience can and do affect individual, workgroup and organizational behaviors affecting workforce engagement, morale, performance, productivity, innovation, and organizational response to our stakeholders. The goal is to improve and foster more effective team behaviors and outcomes. The ESCP will be used to improve skill sets from the feedback process through various venues such as interviews, assessments, development of action plans and other sources. This includes contractor's discussions with management and peers. Multi-rater feedback results need to cultivate measureable change of the candidate's feedback and increase the likelihood of success for the employee and organization. It will require commitment from employees, supervisors and management to encourage skill gap improvement by numerous outlets and buy-in identified by the vendor. Commitment will be required from all parties involved to be successful not only in the short term but long term as well.
