- Statement of Work - U.S. Secret Service Field Office Security Upgrades Presolicitation Notice - HSSS01-12-R-0002 HSSS01-12-R-0002 - Presolicitation Notice The Government intends to award a competitive, commercial, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for the supplying of equipment related to, and installation of intrusion detection systems, closed circuit television, access control systems, and any additional security deemed appropriate by the U.S. Secret Service (please see attached SOW) in field offices across the United States. Contract award tentatively is intended to be made by 15 December 2011, or earlier. Award will be made on Best Value to the Government. This is for commercial supplies and services. This solicitation is restricted to 8(a) offerors only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 Security Systems Services. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available directly from the contracting officer. Potential offeror's must submit the following information to receive the solicitation from the contracting officer: company summary, proof of Bosch install/technician certification (or display ability and intent to obtain certification by contract award), proof of Hirsch install/technician certification (or display ability and intent to obtain certification by contract award), a statement that the offeror is able to provide installations and equipment to anywhere in the United States within 15 calendar days of task order issuance, 8(a) program status, and 8(a) program graduation date. The aforementioned items must be submitted electronically to the contracting office via e-mail to david.keene@usss.dhs.gov no later than 18 October 2011 at 5 PM EST. All requested information must be submitted to receive the full solicitation. All eligible offerors will receive the formal solicitation no later than 25 October 2011. By submitting a response, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the offeror nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency All responses are to be delivered in electronic format to david.keene@usss.dhs.gov. Responses to this notice are due 18 October 2011 at 5:00 PM EST. All questions are to be delivered via e-mail to andrew.j.baker@usss.dhs.gov no later than 14 October 2011 at 12:00 PM.
