Description
Purchase of a Vertical Storage System, Delivery, Installation and Onsite Training at Fort Campbell, KY The Vertical Storage System shall consist 2 platforms; (1) Vertical Lift - Automated High Density Storage System for organizing and compartmentalizing smaller inventory items and (2) Bay Stack System for storing larger items. (1) Vertical Lift - Automated High Density Storage System shall be Brand Name or Equal to the Stanley Vidmar, Vidmar VLM Automated Storage/Retrieval System Model Number MLV-50D. (2) Bay Stack System shall be Brand Name or Equal to the Stanley Vidmar, 2K STAK System Model Number 2KS045248156. The Characteristics outlined in the section below, starting at "Both Platforms Shall..." and ending at the last "Minimum storage capacity 90,000 pounds" are salient characteristics that will be used to determine Technical Acceptability during the evaluation of offers. Ensure your offer includes descriptive literature that addresses each of these. Both Platforms Shall... Be equipped with industry standard safety features, compliant with OSHA Standards, to protect against injury. (1) Vertical Lift - Automated High Density Storage System Shall... Have a Maximum Height of 208" Have a Maximum Width of 178" Have a Maximum Depth of 160" Have a Minimum of 30 trays/drawer with dividers. Each trays/drawers shall have a minimum sidewall height of 4.65", at least a 1,100-pound weight storage capacity, and 5200 square inch bottom. Offeror shall include a minimum of 600 Slotted Partitions and a minimum of 500 plain dividers sized to provide an equal percentage for each tray/drawer depth. Minimum Storage capacity of 70,000 pounds Be Belt Driven Tray Light Indicator for Safety Maximum Tray Time Delivery for Fully Loaded Tray of 31 Sec. or better (2) Bay Stack System Shall... Have a Maximum Height of 17' 7-7/16" Have a Maximum Width of 16' 3" Have a Maximum Depth of 62' 2" Have the following or approved equal features/elements: o (1) 4 Bay w/mast and bridge 52"x 48" o (8) Add-On Bays 52"x48" ext ht o (1) 4' Cantilever overhang o (1) Mast Floor Lock o (1) Mast Pallet locate Feature o (24) Column Pallet Locator Strip o (90) 2K 52"x48" Pallet o (8) 2K 52x48 Pallet Support Frame o (4) Tub Kit 52x48x8-3/4 o (4) Partition 48x12-5/8 o (2) Tub Kit Drop Front 52x48x12 5/8 Minimum Storage capacity of 90,000 pounds NOTE: Measurement Units - (" are for inches) and (' are for feet) FACILITY DIMENSIONS AND DIAGRAM: Diagram of storage location is included as an additional attachment. ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS: Contractor shall provide specs for power requirements and hook up with their offer; the government will ensure electrical hook is installed per provided specs. ONSITE TRAINING: The Contractor shall provide 4 hours of basic operational training for the Fort Campbell users once installation is complete. Training shall address safety risk and features, proper use, basic system trouble shooting, and any other basic and necessary user training required for use of the system. The training shall start after the system is functionally completed but prior to final acceptance. WARRANTY: Offerors shall include a minimum two-year warranty on their system. Terms and conditions of manufactures warranty shall be included with your offer. Warranty shall become effective on the date of acceptance of goods after all training and inspections have been completed.
