REQUEST FOR QUOTE Point Arena Ground Water Monitoring Analysis 9th Civil Engineering Squadron Beale AFB, CA 95903 The following Request for Quote (RFQ) is being issued for the ground water monitoring analysis, product removal and reports on two (2) ground water monitoring wells located at Point Arena AFS, CA (please see Performance Work Statement for more information). The North American Industry Classification code for this procurement is 541380. The Standard Industry Code is 8734. The size standard, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, for this procurement is $12.0M. Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with the quote. This RFQ is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All Quotes are to be submitted on the attachment titled Request for Quote and in accordance with the directions contained therein.
