- J&A for Sole Source DynCorp This is a notice of intent to sole source current weapons removal and abatement service support to DynCorp International (DI). This sole source requirement is for the continuance of services for the previously awarded contract. The type of service provided is for conventional weapons removal and abatement services. This action will allow uninterrupted Conventional Weapons Destruction services until resolution of the GAO filed protest of the recently awarded contract. See attached Justification and Approval for other than Full and Open Competition (J&A). The period of performance of this sole source is October 1, 2011 - March 31, 2012.
