- Solicitation Cost Summary Sheet Solicitation Number: FA8630-11-R-5026 Solicitation Notice Solicitation Number: FA8630-11-R-5026 (Future Contract Number FA8630-12-M-5026) Notice Type: Solicitation Note: It should be noted that the pre-solicitation did not have a warehouse location requirement. It has been determined necessary that the IIP warehouse be located within a 120 mile radius from Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB). This does not exclude companies that do not currently have a warehouse located within 120 miles of WPAFB it merely mandates that they establish such a warehouse within the specified time period spelled out in the solicitation. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: Each Offeror is required to submit their proposal as specified in the RFP provision 52.212-02, Evaluation of Commercial Items. Failure to provide any required information may result in an offer being determined as non-responsive. 1. General Instructions Interested parties capable of providing the specified services must submit written proposal via e-mail to wanda.grigsby@wpafb.af.mil. 2. Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer wanda.grigsby@wpafb.af.mil. Questions shall be submitted no later than 21 Oct 2011 and answers posted on or about 26 Oct 2011. Questions received after 21 Oct 2011 will not be considered. 3. Standard Form 1449 (cover page) must be signed and returned to the Contracting Officer.
