Description

Per FAR 8.405-6(a)(2)(i) notification is provided that the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (Philadelphia Office) awarded task order #N00189-11-F-Z290 to Concept Analysis Integration LLC (CAI; GS-35F-0535X) through GSA for Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) on 23 September 2011 in the FFP amount of $245,989.00. The Period of Performance is 24 September 2011-23 March 2012. Under the task order, CAI will provide professional services in support of all phases of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) cycle. This task order was not subject to competition requirements based on FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) �Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. � Attached is the approved limited source justification.
