- Maintenance and Repair Services for the Land Mobile Radio Systems (LMRS), internal paging system and cellular signal enhancement system. The National Gallery of Art (NGA) is conducting a combined synopsis solicitation for maintenance and repair services for the Land Mobile Radio Systems (LMRS), internal paging system and cellular signal enhancement system. This announcement is the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a MANDATORY SITE VISIT is schedule for October 28, 2011 at 10:30AM EST. All offerors interesting must attend the site visit and shall meet NGA personnel at the National Gallery of Art, West Building Service Entrance (on the Eastside of the building), 6th Street and Constitution Ave., Washington DC 20565.Offerors may bring no more than two (2) representatives to the site visit, one of which shall be the proposed primary manager. Please send an e-mail to Keeyada Dickens at k-dickens@nda.gov no later than October 27, 2011 at 12PM EST confirming your visit. The description and specification provided herein, is essential to the Governments requirement. The Government will award a single Purchase Order (PO) to the responsible offerors whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in this synopsis/solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Offerors are requested to submit a proposal that demonstrates how well the offerors understands the requirements in the Statement of Work (SOW) and how the offerors has the ability to fulfill the objective in the SOW. Past Performance information shall be submitted by offerors as proof of work on projects of similar nature. Offerors Cost proposals shall be in accordance with the effort described in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP). All responsible sources may submit a proposal by mail, currier services, or hand no later than 2:00 pm on November 10, 2011 to be considered by NGA Office of Procurement and Contracts.
