In attempt to help facilitate the combined Industry Day for Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) C2 Systems and Applications (MC2SA) programs on 28 October 2011, and subsequent one-on-one-exchanges 31 October - 03 November (please see special announcement M6785412RXXX), Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) is providing the following DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). Industry is encouraged to submit constructive feedback to edward.mcgrail@usmc.mil no later than COB (1700 EST) 04 November 2011. Identify subject as �TSOA Draft SOW Feedback �. ***PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT STATEMENTS OF CAPABILITIES AT THIS TIME*** THE SUBMISSION OF THIS INFORMATION IS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO PROCURE ANY ITEMS/SERVICES, OR FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY FOR THE INFORMATION RECEIVED. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. Information contained in this notice is subject to change. No proposals are being requested at this time. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the US Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract.
