Description: Per FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D) notification is provided that the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (Philadelphia Office) awarded task order #0015 to Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH; N00189-09-D-Z068) under the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC; requiring activity) Professional Services Multiple Award Contracts on 21 September 2011 in the FFP amount of $511,252.38. The Period of Performance is 28 September 2011-27 September 2012. Under the task order, BAH will provide IT services to include modeling, maintenance, support, and enhancements to the existing Heuristic Asset Management of Utilities Requirements (HAMUR) system. This task order was not subject to fair opportunity based on FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B) œOnly one awardee is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services ordered are unique or highly specialized.
