Description
Companies wishing to participate in this effort MUST have a current Top Secret Facility Clearance issued by Defense Security Service (DSS). While classified material will not be stored by the contractor, the facility clearance is required for the company to be responsible for the security clearance of their employees that will be required by any resulting contract. Marine Corps Systems Command is seeking sources to provide support services in the intelligence disciplines that include, but are not limited to: All-Source, Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Counter Intelligence. Contracted analysts will help fulfill commander's requirements for intelligence analysis across the spectrum of military operations. The contracted intelligence analysts will be capable of performing the full range of functions that are done by USMC intelligence analysts in their respective disciplines including, but not limited to: standard intelligence products, custom reports and briefings provided to the G-2 staff. Analytic methodology and products will conform to intelligence community standards, USMC Individual Training Standards, and local Standard Operating Procedures. The contracted analysts will support forces, afloat and ashore, CONUS and OCONUS during exercises and operations for varying durations as required by the event supported. This may include, but is not limited to, CONUS exercises lasting a week up to OCONUS operational deployments of six (6) months or more. OCONUS deployments may include active combat areas such as Afghanistan. The result is anticipated to be multiple contracts awarded for a five (5) year period with the total value of all contracts awarded from the single solicitation being valued at approximately $100,000,000.00 for the five years. We ask that companies that are both interested and qualified provide the Company Name, CAGE Code, and the Company Point of Contact s Name, e-mail address and phone number. Only companies responding to this sources sought notice will be provided a copy of any draft Statement of Objectives and the resulting solicitation. Facility clearances will be verified with the Defense Security Service prior to corresponding with individual companies. Questions about facility clearances should be addressed directly with the Defense Security Service.
