PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The VA National Acquisition Center will issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) VA-797M-12-RQ-0010 for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The Pharmaceutical Products listed on Attachment (A) from 1-9 are to be delivered to the Consolidated Mail Out Patient Pharmacy located at 10 Industrial Way, Chelmsford, MA 01824 no later than 11/20/2011. Solicitation VA-797M-12-RQ-0010 will be electronically issued 10/14/2011, as an unrestricted RFQ. The NAICS code for this procurement is 325412.
