Description
Delineated Area Map GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: South Carolina City: North Charleston Delineated Area: Intersection of I-26 & Highway 78 to Ladson Rd. to Palmetto Commerce Parkway to Patriot Blvd. to Ashley Phosphate Rd. extending to the Ashley River to Cosgrove Ave. extending to the Cooper River north to the imaginary extension of Remount Rd. to Rivers Ave. to Ashley Phosphate to I-26 to Highway 78. Properties on either side of the boundary streets will be considered within the delineated area. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,047 Space Type: Class A Professional Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 25 Parking Spaces (Surface): 25 (secure) Full Term: 15 (Fifteen) years Firm Term: 10 (Ten) years Additional Requirements: Only new construction will be solicited Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
